Send your full postcode and a photograph of the fireplace when enquiring. Tell us whether the appliance is in regular use, has been unused or has an unfamiliar maintenance history. This helps us agree the right work before the appointment.
Choose the work your fireplace needs
A routine sweep and an inspection answer different questions. If you want the accessible flue viewed with a camera, a CCTV inspection is £50, or £120 together with a standard sweep. Describe any falling debris, unusual smell or poor draw when you contact us so the concern can be discussed before work is agreed.
A stove sweep includes a complimentary stove and glass clean. If you also want accessible seals, glass and firebricks checked, the basic stove service and sweep is £100. Replacement parts are discussed separately.
For two fireplaces at the same property, two standard sweeps during one visit cost £120. Send details of both appliances so enough time can be allowed.
