Tell us which fireplace and which part of Eversley
Fully insured. HETAS Approved Chimney Sweep, number 12556. Sweeping certificates provided.
Jones Chimney & Stoves visits Eversley by appointment from Basingstoke for rotary power chimney sweeping and stove care. A standard chimney sweep is £70, including a sweeping certificate. Open fires, wood-burning stoves and multifuel stoves are welcome.
Include your full postcode and whether the property is around Eversley Cross, Eversley Street, Church Farm or Up Green. Clear directions help us plan access to the correct property, especially where a house name is easier to recognise than a street number.
Preparing for a stove or open-fire sweep
Hart’s conservation records identify several distinct parts of Eversley. We take enquiries across the village subject to address and availability, and discuss the actual fireplace before deciding what is needed. Photographs are useful for an unusual hearth, a large opening or an unfamiliar stove connection.
Leave the appliance cold and clear space around it before the visit. The sweeping service includes preparing the fireplace area and clearing the debris from the work. A complimentary stove and glass clean is included with a stove sweep.
If you want accessible stove components checked as well, the basic stove service and sweep is £100. For a camera view inside the accessible flue, a CCTV inspection is £50, or £120 with a sweep. Tell us which concern you want addressed so the visit covers the agreed work.
Before you book
What if I have an open fire and a separate wood burner?
Tell us about both when arranging the appointment. Two standard chimney sweeps at the same property during one visit are £120 in total. If the stove also needs servicing, we will confirm the scope and price directly rather than assuming it is included.
Call 07542 105954, email Jones Chimney & Stoves or use WhatsApp. Include your postcode, the number and type of appliances and your preferred days. We agree the appointment and work with you directly.
For a standard accessible domestic chimney, the sweep is £70. We discuss any additional work first. Please leave the appliance fully cold and clear space around the fireplace before we arrive.
