Arrange the visit with clear fireplace and access details
HETAS Approved Chimney Sweep 12556. Fully insured. Sweeping certificates provided.
Enquire about chimney sweeping in Liphook with Basingstoke-based Jones Chimney & Stoves. We arrange visits by appointment after checking the postcode and availability. A standard domestic rotary power sweep is £70, with a HETAS sweeping certificate included.
Send the full address, appliance type and any photographs that show how the fireplace is accessed. If there are several chimneys, tell us which appliances they serve; two standard sweeps at one property during the same visit cost £120.
Plan maintenance around the work you want checked
For a regularly used open fire or stove, ask about the standard sweeping service. A stove sweep also includes a complimentary stove and glass clean. If accessible seals, glass and firebricks need checking, the basic stove service and sweep is £100, with replacement parts agreed separately.
A camera inspection is a different service. CCTV inspection of the accessible flue costs £50, or £120 alongside a standard sweep. Mention an uncertain fireplace history, falling debris or a suspected obstruction before booking so we can discuss the appropriate assessment.
Please leave the appliance fully cold before the visit, move ornaments away from the hearth and provide clear working space. Send any parking or entrance directions with the postcode so we can find the correct property.
