Chimney sweeping for Bordon and Whitehill enquiries
HETAS Approved Chimney Sweep 12556. Fully insured. Sweeping certificates provided.
Jones Chimney & Stoves welcomes chimney-sweeping enquiries from Bordon and Whitehill. Visits are arranged from Basingstoke by appointment, with coverage checked against your full postcode. A standard rotary power sweep is £70, including a HETAS sweeping certificate.
We sweep chimneys serving open fireplaces, wood burners and multifuel stoves. Send the number of flues and a photograph of each appliance. An additional standard chimney at the same property costs £50 when swept in the same visit.
New to the property or bringing a fireplace back into use?
Tell us if you do not know when the chimney was last swept or if a fireplace has been unused. Share any previous records and photographs of the appliance and visible connection. We can discuss routine sweeping and whether a separate inspection would help investigate your concern.
A CCTV chimney inspection is £50, or £120 with a standard sweep. It provides a view of the accessible flue; describe any suspected obstruction before the appointment so access and the appropriate work can be discussed.
For a stove, sweeping includes a complimentary stove and glass clean. A basic stove service and sweep is £100 for checks of accessible seals, glass and firebricks, with replacement parts separate.
