Our standard power sweep is £70 and includes a HETAS sweeping certificate. A CCTV inspection on its own is £50. A sweep with CCTV inspection is £120 (£70 sweep plus £50 CCTV) if you want a camera view of the accessible flue during the same visit. The certificate describes the sweep completed; it is not a guarantee of the entire chimney’s condition.
If you suspect a nest or obstruction
Falling twigs, debris or poor draw can point to a blockage, though the cause needs checking. Tell us what you have noticed before booking, rather than treating it as an ordinary annual sweep. Nest or obstruction removal starts from £60 and depends on assessment; any additional work is discussed with you before it begins.

Complimentary with a stove sweep: we clean the stove and glass during the visit, at no extra charge. A full stove service, including checks of accessible seals and firebricks, is a separate option.

Can you inspect the flue during the sweep?
A sweep and CCTV inspection can be arranged together for £120. The camera view covers the accessible flue; tell us about any particular concern and provide a photograph of the fireplace when enquiring. We confirm the work and appointment before the visit.
Can I combine a sweep with a stove service?
Yes. A basic stove service and chimney sweep together cost £100. Please say whether you want appliance servicing or the separate CCTV inspection: the sweep with CCTV is £120 and the stove service with sweep is £100, covering different work.
