We also take enquiries for wood-burning and multifuel stove installations. A photograph of the fireplace, the hearth and the existing flue arrangement helps us understand the proposed work before arranging an assessment.

Complimentary with a stove sweep: we clean the stove and glass during the visit, at no extra charge. A full stove service, including checks of accessible seals and firebricks, is a separate option.

Can one appointment cover two different appliances?
Tell us if you have an open fire and a separate stove, or two stoves on separate flues. Two standard chimney sweeps at one property in the same visit cost £120. If a stove also needs servicing, explain which appliance needs the additional stove checks so we can confirm the work and price.
Will the sweeping certificate certify a future stove installation?
No. The HETAS sweeping certificate records the sweep completed. Installation work and any relevant installation documentation are separate from the chimney sweep.
