Before lighting a fire that has been unused
If an existing fireplace has been unused or you are uncertain about its condition, let us know rather than assuming a sweep alone answers every question. A separate CCTV inspection is £50, or £120 when combined with a sweep, to help investigate what can be seen inside the flue.

Do I have to book an inspection with every sweep?
No. The standard sweep is a separate £70 service. A CCTV camera inspection is available if you want the accessible flue inspected more closely, or if a particular concern needs investigating.
