Smoke draw concerns can have several causes. Tell us what is happening and whether you have noticed falling debris, a smell or smoke coming into the room. A smoke draw test is listed at £30; a CCTV inspection costs £50; and a sweep with CCTV is £120.
We can discuss which service is appropriate for your Oakley fireplace rather than adding checks you do not need. Any further repair work is assessed separately.
